Antique Early Victorian Sterling Silver Bowl 1838 - 648g

Description

This is a superb antique early Victorian sterling silver 2 handle bowl measuring 8" (20 cms) across from handle to handle x 5 1/2" (14 cms) deep x 5 1/2" (14 cms) tall to the rim.

It's hallmarked for London 1838 with the silversmiths mark for Charles Thomas Fox.

The decoration is beautiful with different fruits that stand proud to the bowl, pierced feet and decorative handles.

It has a lion crest on one side, is in excellent condition and it weighs 648 grams.
