Description

A charming Victorian silver vesta of square form, with a fully gilded interior. This lovely example has half foliar engraving to the back and front leaving plenty of area for a monogram and to the side is an attaching ring for fob chain or chatelaine. A good collector's piece.

Condition :- Excellent, with no dents or splits.The hinge is strong and the lid closes well.

Hallmarks :- Clear and readable.

Maker :- Synyer & Beddoes.

Date :- B'ham 1905.
