A very decorative Victorian silver plated revolving butter dish in an oval form standing on a rustic cross twig stand. Around the twig frame is a locking pin on a chain to secure the lid when it is not in use. The lid has been engraved with a lilly of the valley decoration and has a circular bone detachable thumb piece handle. Complete with an oval detachable strainer.
