A Charming Victorian Novelty Silver Thimble Holder & Associated Thimble.

A charming example of Victorian silver sewing ware. This is a lovely thimble 'bucket', fully hallmarked and with a swing handle and attaching ring for a chatelaine. There is an associated silver thimble supplied with the unusual engraving 'The spa' on the rim. The bucket is decorated with flowers and is hallmarked to the base, handle and ring. A fine collector's piece, usable today.

Condition :- Excellent with no dents or splits. There is a tiny area of flattening to the rim of the base, commensurate with age and use.

Hallmarks :- Clear and readable. Full set to base and part marks to handle and ring.
