Victorian Silver Plated Biscuit Box with Engraved Glass Liner

Description

A beautiful antique Victorian silver plated biscuit box. The oval glass liner has been superbly engraved around the body with garlands of flowers and two bands of straight bar cutting on the base and rim. The glass fits into an oval silver plated frame with a swing beaded handle. The shaped base has been engraved with scrolls and stands on four detachable ball feet. A very attractive Victorian biscuit box.
