A wonderfully decorated late Victorian solid sterling silver porringer.
 
Clearly hallmarked for London 1899, with the maker''s mark of Charles Stuart Harris, the porringer is decorated in a classic half-fluted design with rope twist style band at three quarter height and is in excellent condition. There is an empty cartouche on the front.
