Antique Victorian Sterling Silver Water Pot 1881

Description

This is a superb antique Victorian hallmarked solid sterling silver water pot measuring 9" (23 cms) tall x 5 1/4" (13 cms) across from handle to spout with just under a pint capacity.

The condition is superb with no damage at all and inside is nice and clean and perfectly usable.

It's hallmarked for London 1881 with the silversmiths mark for Thomas Bradbury III and John S.Henderson.

It weighs 381.6 grams and has the inscription 'Ohne Hast, Ohne Rast' which means 'Without Haste, Without Rest',
