A very unsual Chinese Lantern in stunning condition. The lantern is made of four panels each panel has a hardwood frame with carving to top and bottom, these frames interlock to make a foursided lantern. The frames each have a silk panel with a handpainted scene of ladies all in exquisite detail. The lantern has been kept collapsed and stored and has never seen the light and thus is in fantastic condition. The lantern can be used hanging or on a table with a light inside.
