Antique William IV Sterling Silver Teapot 1836 - Bird Crest

Description

This is a superb antique William IV hallmarked sterling silver teapot weighing 562.7 grams and measuring 10 1/2" (27 cms) across from handle to tip of spout x 4 1/2" (11.5 cms) tall to the top of the handle and in excellent condition - any marks you can see are just reflections from the photographs.

It's hallmarked for London 1836 with the silversmiths mark for Richard Pearce & George Burrows. This lovely teapot is nice and clean inside making it perfectly usable and has a 1 1/4 pint capacity.

It has beautiful decoration with a pretty flower finial and has a bird crest engraved on both sides.

Excellent condition, no repairs or damage and ready to use.
