Antique Georgian Sterling Silver Teapot Stand 1787 - Hester Bateman

Description

This is a superb antique hallmarked solid sterling silver teapot stand measuring 6 1/4" (16 cms) across x 4 3/4" (12 cms) x 1" (2.5 cms) high and hallmarked for London 1787 with the silversmiths mark for Hester Bateman which has been overstamped with the retailers mark JT.

It's in very good condition with no damage (any marks you can see are just reflections) and it weighs 142 grams.

It has beautiful engraved decoration with no inscriptions or monograms.
