A Fine and rare 18th Century Chippendale Mahogany Footstool. The stool has exceptionally well carved cabriolet legs with C scrolls and foliage terminating in a claw and ball foot .
The upholstered rails have been replaced probably in the 19th century.
This is a Fine example of English furniture making at its best in the Chippendale period.
