It's marked Sterling which doesn't give us a date however the style is very Edwardian and I would say it dates from c1900.
It also has 3523/57 stamped underneath which must be the model number.
It comes with the original Tiffany & Co, New York green felt bag which I guess is what has kept it in such great condition.
