Pair of George V Silver & Ivory Glove Stretchers

1900 - 1920
Description

This is a pair of George V hallmarked sterling silver and ivory glove stretchers. They were assayed in London in 1912/13. The maker's mark is not clear.

The ugly dark patches on the ivory near the silver handles was just from the silver polish. I have since cleaned this off.

There are some small dents and surface marks to the silver and there is a bit of movement in the action.

They weigh 90g.
