Antique Hallmarked Sterling Silver Purse 1915

1900 - 1920
Description

This is a super antique sterling silver hallmarked purse measuring 2 3/4" (7 cm) x 3 1/2" (9 cm) x 3/4" (2 cms).

There is some rubbing to the hallmarks but you can see it's for Birmingham 1915 with the silversmiths mark for the Boots Pure Drug Co.

The silver is in very good condition with no damage and the purse has lovely engraved decoration with no inscriptions or monograms.

The inside is lined in brown leather all in very good condition with a name and address written inside and it weighs 54 grams.
