Description

A superb hallmarked silver tea strainer of good gauge. This attractive example dates from the reign of George V and has beautifully pierced twin handles. A charming and usable item.

Condition :- Excellent, with no dents or splits. There is a dimple to the rim (shown in photograph), commensurate with age and use.

Hallmarks :- Clear and readable.

Date :- Sheffield 1927.

Maker :- Thomas Bradbury & Sons.

Width :- 13 cms. (to outside of handles).

Depth :- 2 cms.

Diameter :- 6.5 cms.
