Antique Sterling Silver Sugar Bowl with Sifter Spoon in Case 1901

Description

This is a beautiful antique sterling silver sugar bowl and sifter spoon in the original presentation case.

The bowl measures 6" (15 cms) across from x 3 1/4" (8.5 cms) high to the rim and the sifter spoon is 4 3/4" (12 cms) long.

They weigh 167.8 grams the pair and are in excellent condition with no inscriptions or monograms.

Both items retain their original gilding and any marks you can see on the silver are just reflections.

They have matching hallmarks for London 1901 with the silversmiths mark for George Maudsley Jackson & David Landsborough Fullerton and the presentation case shows the retailers mark for 'Sam Lyon Jun of Church St, Blackpool'.
