A Lovely Pair of George V Silver Pepper Pots.

A fine pair of Georgian revival silver pepper pots from the reign of George V. These attractive examples are of urn shape with pedestal feet and reeded decoration. The interiors are fully gilded and the pots were madde by the great William Comyns. Interestingly, the piercing on each lid is slightly different, possibly to determine black from white pepper. A fine, usable pair of silver pepper pots.
