A wonderful example of a solid sterling silver spirit kettle.
Hallmarked throughout for Birmingham 1904, with the maker''s mark of Elkington & Co Ltd. The kettle stand has four splay feet which stand squarely upon the surface. The kettle is attached by one hinge, under the spout. The kettle has a half-fluted main body with gadrooned edging. There are initials (''EE'') and date inscription on one side and a family crest on the rear.
The silver is in excellent condition, with no tears or dents.
