Birmingham 1899 Victorian solid silver napkin ring with undulating all over pierced design between two solid thin bands. It is a bit battered, with some damage, but still in very usable condition.

Size-1.75 diameter by 7/8 inches high.

Weight-15 grams.

Made by William Devenport.
