Antique Victorian Sterling Silver Inkstand 1857

Description

This is a beautiful antique Victorian hallmarked sterling silver inkstand with cut glass inkwell.

It measures 8" (20 cms) across x 6 1/4" (16 cms) x 4 1/4" (11 cms) high to the top of inkwell.

Both the stand and inkwell are in excellent condition with no damage at all and have matching hallmarks for London 1857 with the silversmiths mark for Edward & John Barnard.

The stand has beautiful engraved floral decoration with no inscriptions or monograms.

The inkwell is bold and heavy and there is no damage to the glass.
