Description

This is a top quality antique Victorian hallmarked solid sterling silver bowl on a pedestal base measuring 8" (20 cms) across the top x 5 1/2" (14 cms) high to the rim.

It's hallmarked for Sheffield 1895 with the silversmiths mark for Mappin & Webb and it's also marked underneath 'Mappin & Webb, London'.

The condition is excellent with no damage at all and the bowl has super decoration with lion head mounted handles and no inscriptions or monograms.

It is super quality weighing in at 721 grams.
