Rare 'Satchel'edwardian Stamp Case, Chester 1905. Boots Pure Drug Co. Njl10301

Description

This is a very rare, solid silver stamp case, due to its wonderful form in the shape of a small satchel. Hinged at the top the lid opens to reveal the interior of the case and has a hoop on the top for attaching. The case is nicely engraved with a floral design. Hallmarks are clearly visible: Chester 1905 along with maker's Marks: Boots Pure Drug Company.

Condition: This stamp case is in great overall condition.

Weight: 4.56g approx.

Height: 2.95cm x Width: 2.32cm x Depth 0.4 cm approx
