Pr Antique Sterling Silver Menu Holders in Box - Naval Crowns 1935

Description

This is a beautiful pair of antique sterling silver menu holders in the shape of naval crowns in their original box - retailed by Gieves Ltd of Old Bond Street London W1.

They are hallmarked underneath for Birmingham 1935 with the maker's mark for J.W.Benson Ltd.

Each holder measures 1 1/4" (3.2 cm) high with a base of 1 1/2" (3.7) cm by 1" (2.8 cm). and are particularly nice as they are in the original box which is probably what has kept them in such great condition.
