Antique Edwardian Sterling Silver 'Dog' Pin Cushion - 1904

Description

This is an unusual antique Edwardian hallmarked sterling silver pin cushion in the style of a dog - possibly a collie or retriever.

It measures 2 1/4" (6 cms) across x 1 1/4" (3.5 cms) tall to the top of his ears.

He's in great condition with no damage at all and has a dark purple cushion.

He's hallmarked for London 1904 with the silversmiths mark for George Burrows who was known for his top quality imported items and weighs 48.2 grams .

This lovely little dog has super detail and would make a great addition to any collection.
