Antique Sterling Silver 'Bird' Christening Mug 1901

Description

This is lovely antique Edwardian hallmarked sterling engraved silver christening mug measuring 2 3/4" (7 cms) high and 2 1/4" (5 cms) across the top and in super condition.

It has lovely decoration of a bird on a branch and is hallmarked for Chester 1901 with the silversmiths mark for William Aitken.

It weighs 70.4 grams and there are no inscriptions or monograms so it would make a perfect Christening present.
