This is an antique Victorian hallmarked sterling silver flip top four partition lancet case.

The silver case is in very good condition and the catch works well.

The case measures 2 1/2" (6 cms) x 1" (2.5 cms) and is hallmarked for London 1841 with the silversmiths initials for William Richards.
