Pair Of Antique Georgian Solid Silver Ladles 1825

A good heavy pair of solid sterling silver sauce or cream ladles dating from the reign of George IV.
 
They are clearly hallmarked on the reverse of the handle for Birmingham 1825, with the maker''s mark for Edward Thomason. The finials are decorated with an italicised initial, which may be ''P'', The silver is in a good, used condition, with minor surface abrasions but no dents or tears.
