Description

This is a superb antique Victorian hallmarked sterling silver table or trinket box with lovely decoration work on the lid.

It measures 7 1/2" (19 cms) x 1 1/4" (3.5 cms) x 1 1/4" (3.5 cms) and is hallmarked for Chester 1896 with the silversmiths mark for Stokes & Ireland Ltd.

The silver is in great condition and inside is nice and clean and ready for use.

The box weighs 116.6 grams and is absolutely super with a cartouche on the lid with no inscriptions or monogramse.
