An elegant and beautifully designed pendant by Charles Horner of Halifax, on silver chain. In a typically art nouveau design with stunning blue enamel on silver (see photos). The pendant is marked sterling silver on the back with marks for Charles Horner. It is in great used condition with no chips to the enamel.
