Antique Edwardian Sterling Silver Cigarette Box 1909

Description

This is a lovely antique hallmarked solid sterling silver cigarette box measuring 5 1/2" (14 cms) across x 3 1/2" (9 cms) x just over 2" (5.5 cms) high and hallmarked for London 1909 with the silversmiths mark for John Round.

The silver is in very good condition with no damage and it also has a silver base which is a sign of quality.

Although this box would have originally been made to take cigarettes it would also make a great trinket or desk top box.

It is still nice and strong and inside is good and clean.

It weighs 552 grams and there are no inscriptions or monograms.

Free worldwide fully insured shipping included in the price.
