A Rare Edwardian Silver Double Sovereign Case/vesta Combination.

A delightful and interesting item of Edwardian silver. This rare piece is a vesta combined with a double sovereign holder. This lovely example has engraved ivy detail to the front and back and a vacant cartouche. The other end of the vesta is hinged and sprung and opens to reveal a double sovereign holder and the interios of both compartments are fully gilded. A rare collector's item.
