Antique Victorian Sterling Silver Card Case in Presentation Case 1843

Description

This is a superb antique Victorian hallmarked sterling silver calling card case measuring 3 3/4" (9.5 cm) x 2 3/4" (7 cms) being particularly nice as it comes in its original presentation case which has obviously kept it in such good condition.

It's hallmarked for London 1843 with the silversmiths mark for John Taylor and John Perry.

It weighs 70 grams and has beautiful decoration - one side is engraved with a bowl of fruit, the other with a jug of flowers and the initials EB.
