Superb Pr Antique Georgian Sterling Silver 12" Candlesticks 1808

Description

This is a beautiful pair of antique hallmarked sterling silver candlesticks each measuring 12" (30 cms) tall with the bases measuring 4 3/4" (12 cms) square and hallmarked for Sheffield 1808 with the silversmiths mark for John Watson.

They weigh 2218 grams the pair, have filled bases with green baize underneath and are in super condition with just a couple of tiny marks.

They have a chunky square base and baluster columns which lead up to the sconces.

Very impressive and perfectly usable pair of candlesticks.
