A Near Pair of Early C19th Hallmarked Silver Berry Spoons

Description

This is a near pair of hallmarked sterling silver berry spoons.

One was assayed in London in 1818/19 and made by Solomon Royes & John East Dix

The other was assayed in London in 1826/7 and made by John Brydie.

Both would originally have been normal spoons but in the Victorian period would have been converted into berry spoons as was the fasion.

Together they weigh 102g.

They are both in good general condition.
