ANTIQUE #SA373591

Solid Silver Double Jigger 1900

Status: This item has been sold
Sold by: The Silver Cabinet

This is an excellent solid sterling silver double jigger, or spirit measure, which looks to be unused.

Very plain in design (and thus difficult to photograph!), the only decoration on the entire piece are the hallmarks. They are clearly struck for Birmingham 1900, with the maker''s mark of Deakin & Francis Ltd.

The exterior of the jigger is not gilded - any suggestion of gilding in the photographs is simply a reflection of the camera flash.
