VERY FINE SOLID SILVER VESTA CASE, HALLMARKED BIRMINGHAM 1911 BY JOSEPH GLOSTER LTD

 

A very fine, solid silver, Vesta case, hallmarked Birmingham 1911, with the maker’s marks: Joseph Gloster Ltd. The case is beautifully decorated with leaves to the lid and half diagonally on the body of the case (see photos), to both the front and the back. Clear hallmarks can be seen on the inside of the case just under the lid. The lid itself clicks together firmly and there is a loop to the side for fastening.

 

Condition:

Excellent used condition (see photos)

Measurements: 3.5cm x 5cm approx

Weight: 25.75g approx
