Description

Birmingham 1904 English hallmarked solid silver unusual Edwardian period serpentine shaped box with the famous and collectable Reynolds Angels to the lid, and the original gilt interior.

Made by Henry Matthews, and having very flowing aesthetic lines, with undulating sides, and raised lid and bottom edges that highlight the design.

Very suitable for pills, trinkets, a special ring presentation or other jewellery.

A great box for the collector of small boxes, or those who love cherubs. Or, just a lovely box to give as a gift.

Weight-45 grams.

Size-2 inches long by 1 5/8 inches wide by 1.25 inches high.

In very good condition.
