Antique Victorian Sterling Silver Lancet Case with 2 Lancets - 1850

Description

This is an antique hallmarked sterling silver flip top two partition lancet case fitted with two antique bloodletting lancets.

The silver case is in excellent condition and the catch works well.

The case measures 2 1/2" (6 cms) x just over 1" (3 cms) and is hallmarked for London 1850 with the silversmiths initials for George Gray.

Inside the two tortoiseshell lancets are in great condition but are slightly different so I'm not sure if one has been replaced at some point.
