Description

This is a superb antique hallmarked sterling silver 2 handle bowl with lid measuring 7 1/2" (19 cms) across from handle to handle x 5" (12.5 cms) deep x 6 1/4" (16 cms) tall to the top of the lid.

The condition is superb and any marks you can see are just reflections.

It's hallmarked for London 1844 with the silversmiths mark for Samuel Hayne & Dudley Carter.

It weighs 501.8 grams and is a lovely style in an octagonal shape and standing on four feet - there no inscriptions or monograms.
