Robert Bush Antiques has dated this piece to the Victorian era.
They are marked with the 800 silver mark which denotes the silver standard and they also have the mark CAN.
I have done some research and it looks like they may be Belgian as there doesn’t appear to have been a strict hallmarking system in Belgium and makers were able to stamp the items with simply the silver content and their names, but other that that I can find no further information.
I would say they were made around 1880 and are in a classic style and are very attractive.
