Description

A superb George V silver mounted perfume bottle. This lovely example is a novelty piece, with glass cut in tapering panels to resemble an umbrella and a dark amethyst colour to simulate the black fabric. The silver lid is hinged and opens to reveal the stopper. A wonderful collector's item.

P&P contribution :- £8.00 UK

Condition :- Excellent, with no holes or splits to the lid and no chips or cracks to the glass.There is a small dimple to the silver, commensurate with age and use.

Hallmarks :- London 1911.

Maker :- Charles Fox & Co.

Length :- 11.5 cms.
