Description

This is a late C19th/early C20th Dutch hallmarked .833 standard solid silver snuff box. It was assayed in Gouda and has an export mark.

The lid is decorated with a genre scene and the box is of oval form. There is a monogram to the rear.

The silver is a bit worn and there are some surface marks and light dents but the hinge works well.

It weighs 36g.
