Art Deco Solid Silver Box London 1935

Description

This FINE ART DECO SOLID SILVER BOX bears the HALLMARKS for LONDON 1935. It also bears the Maker's Mark which appears to be C & C - the first letter is not sharp. It is marked to one side, the inside of the lid and the clasp.

The BOX, which has a sprung hinge, has an inset black stone to the clasp and engine-turned decoration to the outside.

The BOX weighs approximately 390 grammes and is in good condition. The hinge and clasp work well.
