The spiral turned stem of the spoon joins a square pierced bowl. All pieces are in fine condition with the original interior gilding still intact. They are heavy in weight, and very well made.
The original case is fitted and covered in a stunning velvet and silk interior, with an engraved intact clasp.
Size-case 5.5" wide by 8.75" long; jug 3.5" wide by 2.5" diameter by 1 7/8" high; bowl 3.5" diameter by 2" high; spoon 4 5/8" long by 1 5/8" square bowl.
To be used for serving strawberries or when serving coffee or tea, and/or accompanied by a dessert requiring sifted sugar.
