A lovely example of a sterling silver pierced drum mustard.
 
Clearly hallmarked on the base for London 1863 with the maker''s mark of George John Richards & Edward Charles Brown. There is also a partial hallmark inside the lid.
 
The piercing design is good and in excellent condition. The lid is decorated with flowers and leaves with a crest in the middle, now slightly soft with over enthusiastic cleaning.
 
The blue glass liner is in excellent condition.

Height: 7.5cm to top of thumb piece
 
Diameter: 6.5cm.
 
Silver weight: approx.90g.
