Large Antique Solid Silver Quaiche 1935

1920 - 1940
Description

This is a heavy and pretty solid sterling silver quaiche, clearly hallmarked on the side for Birmingham 1935, with the maker's mark for Adie Bros.

There is a domed Celtic-styled knot standing proud on each handle and a pretty border around the top rim.

The quaiche stands on a central, circular footed base.

Dimensions:

Height: 4.7cm

Diameter of bowl: 11.5cm

Width including handles: 17cm

Weight: approx. 218g

Altogether, a stylish piece in very good condition.
