Description

Shy? Retiring? Prefer to wear jewellery that doesn't illicit gasps, admiration and - let's face it - jealousy? Then this bad boy ain't for you. A cracker-jack of a ring that sparkles like mad. Set with an awesome 111 (one hundred and eleven!) diamonds in an intricate pierced setting with geometric over-lapping cris-crosses. For such a bold ring, this is a surprisingly easy everyday wear: it sits nice and low to the finger and is nicely rounded to sit snug.

Cut - Brilliant rounds.

Colour - G. Diamonds are all of a matching colour.

Clarity - VS; all stones are clean when examined with a jeweller's loupe.

Carat - The seven stones at the intersections of the cross patterning are estimated at 0.02 carat each. The remaining 104 diamond at gauged at 0.01 carat, so a total estimated carat weight of 1.18.

Circa - 1940.

Condition - Some superficial scratches to the band which can be polished away if you would prefer.

Size - Currently M (UK) or 6 (US). Complementary sizing is available, can be sized up or down.

Measurements - The "shield" measures 28.75mm by 15.75mm and sits an snug 3mm from the finger.

Metal - 18k white gold. Stamped 750.
