Lovely Antique Edwardian Silver Hand Mirror 1904

1900 - 1920
Description

A lovely Edwardian Silver Sterling Hand Mirror hallmarked Birmingham 1904 with the maker's mark of Henry Matthews (though it is well hidden).

This lovely antique is part of the Art Nouveau period with decorations of flowers and leaves that swirl around a central, plain dome. The handle is also decorated on both sides.

There are surface abrasions from use and a couple of small dings around the sides of the silver. The mirror itself is in good condition and is firmly attached to the silver.

A lovely, practical item.

Length: 25.5cm

Weight: 15cm
