The Silver Cabinet has dated this piece to the 1900s.
The base plate has a diameter of 19.5cm and it sits proudly out over the deep base.
The base has two handles and within one of those handles is the screw opening for the hot water to be poured in.
The beautifully domed lid is 13cm in height and it sits neatly into the plate.
Total weight is approx 855g.
This is a rare item and definitely one for the collectors.
