The Silver Cabinet has dated this piece to the 1910s.
The napkin rings are bulbous in shape with a clear hallmark on each showing the Assay Office mark of Birmingham 1915 and the maker's mark for C T Burrows & Sons (Charles Turman Burrows).

Two of the four are engraved, with italics for 'EMP' and 'AEP'. The other two are plain apart from the hallmark.
